I knew I shouldn't be so uncomfortable in my own body at such a young age. I was referred to Dr. Springer by a former colleague and completely entrusted him with my care without the slightest bit of knowledge on muscle testing - it changed my life. The supplementation he programmed for me transformed my body and brain in a matter of 3 months. There's still work to be done, but in just 3 months he fixed my stomach problems, gave me energy again (no caffeine necessary), and lowered the inflammation all over my body. I went to them for diet. They never ordered labwork for me to properly monitor. They never explained how to administer the shots nor how I should gradually stop. Forget about calling, you'll be left on hold. Although they have usually five or more behind the desk no one seems to be able to attend incoming patients. I just felt like they were more interested in taking your money than caring for the patients. They defer all questions and communications to the patient portal. I am truly disappointed. And seriously if you go to a medical practice focused on weight and health, shouldn't the staff be representative of that. Most of the staff are overweight and have the worst attitude ever. It's as if they don't want to be there either. Talk about being poorly run and for Godssake turn on the lights in the visitor waiting room. It may help wake people up! read more

They won't see anyone on Medicare, even with my Aetna Medicare Advantage plan. I had checked in 24 hours before, providing my birthdate, but they didn't tell me I wouldn't be seen. Also, provided my insurance info via the portal when I made the appointment. So, my drive to S. Tampa from Pasco County was a waste of time. Why doesn't the website say they won't see 'older' patients? Sure feels like age discrimination. read more

I called Spectra health Care to get an appt. With Dr. Lisa Koch on September 28, 2021 and was told she was booked through the rest of the year. I was offered Dr. Galliano for November 18, 2021 and I accepted the appt. I was then contacted the morning of Nov. 18 to say the Dr. had an emergency and would have to re-schedule me to Dec. 2, I accepted again. Now today, November 27, 2021 I get a text cancelling my appt and just saying they will call me to reschedule. I have seen other feedback like this. There really are no words for this, but I will not be going there. read more

NEVER GO TO SPECTRA WELLNESS. I have been a patient for 10 years. The last two years their service has change tremendously . They don't care if your're out of medications. I 've been out of heart medication and they refused to refill my prescription on several occasions. The office staff Katelyn Dubaninewicz is very rude, hangs up on your insurance company when trying to get a Prior Authorization and lies to the doctors by blaming the patients. I made a complaint to the office manager and they did nothing even though the phone call was recorded.They will cancel your appointment if you're 8 minutes late but have you wait in the waiting room for 30 mins or more to see the doctor when your're on time. They just lost a 10 year patient and a family of 5. read more

Had a few days before running out of medication and had the pharmacy send over a refill request to the clinic. Went back several times to pick up my prescription and the clinic never sent the refill. I had to call the clinic several times before they told me I may have to come in and see the doctor before a prescription could be refilled. Nobody called me to tell me I needed to schedule an appointment with the doctor to get a refill. I even ensured I had an updated phone number. Sad and irresponsible that a doctors office cannot take care of their patients. Been off the meds for a week and have started having a medical relapse from not taking my medication. I go to Spectra Wellness and every time I go I always request to make sure I have ARNP Amanda Camp. She is bar far the most amazing doctor I have ever had. Every time I go she takes as much time as I need with her. Plus there has been one time that I went in and she was behind and I couldn't wait so I had to leave. Dr. Camp actually called me later that day to discuss the reason I had gone in and helped me over the phone. How many doctors do you know that would actually call their patients? I started seeing Dr. Koche as my primary physician in 2012 and she has turned my life around. Like most people I wasn't necessarily "sick" by traditional standards but I knew that something wasn't right. I was stressed, tired, and sluggish.
