They helped us to choose a service plan to work with our home and scheduled cleaning and servicing. We unfortunately had an issue where one of our units was busted all throughout the summer heat and we couldn't afford to purchase a new one... Thankfully the owners had a solution for us and was able to quickly come out and repair our unit for a fraction of what a new unit would cost. We are deeply grateful for their kindness and knowledge on the issue. We will continue to use them for any of our heating and cooling needs and would definitely recommend them!

I suspect that the original installers may have made a mistake with the wiring from the thermostat to the unit, but the unit seemed to work fine for over 9 years, so maybe it was connected correctly after all? I found the owner to be deceptive in my opinion with the billing. While the $125 service call fee was explained, the $165 per hour fee was not. I own 10 residential properties in the Baton Rouge area and I will never call PACK for any future issues. I made the mistake of choosing someone from Trane's website to service my Trane equipment, and it was a mistake. I believe the technician purposely took longer to finish the job in order to increase the bill. He checked the freon and head pressures while I was standing next to him, but refused to explain the meter readings to me. I now realize that this was not necessary for the job he was supposed to do. He also needlessly delayed cycling the thermostat once it was back up and running. It seemed like the technician didn't have any other calls to attend to, so I think he billed me for the whole day. There is nothing wrong with paying a reasonable price for a reasonable service, but that is not what I received from PACK.
