They came out Saturday morning and were VERY reasonably priced (especially with not having a huge budget to fix my plumbing crisis and it now being the WEEKEND) they took my call early (around 8 am) -they were super friendly- got my information and said they would call back, with the week being full of people giving me the run around I expected to wait on them for an hour or more but was pleasantly surprised when I received a call not even 30 minutes later to tell me some one was IN ROUTE already!! This is a rental property, so I didn't notice that it was removed for several months. It took me over a week and a half of constantly leaving messages for their office manager Todd to actually return my phone calls. Now they are denying removing the piping for my aerator when it was clearly there and working before they came and installed the new plumbing. Between the poor customer service and a technician that is clearly lying I will never use them again Yes you sent two employees out after. One gave me another estimate and the second one which I was there with him agreed that the new piping they installed was right where the piping for the Aerator was. I'm guessing someone came in the back yard and removed it and also unplugged the aerator that's been installed for the past 7 years.

I choose this company too do the repair. They responded to my call on the second ring. The service dispatch set my expectations and said they'd have someone between 1 & 4 that same day. I got a text with response updates. The plumbers called at 11:30 and said they could swing by and fix it now (earlier than expected), if I had time right now. I agreed and they came. Poor guys had to bail out about 5-6 -- 5 gallon buckets of muddy water to get to the problem. They worked through the rain that started and got it fixed. It was disheartening to see them wallow in the mud and getting wet at the end, but they diligently got it completed, regardless of the wet obstacles. They even came the next day and double checked that it was fixed properly, because the rain was filling the hole at the end and it was fixed but not truly visible in the murky puddle the rain was making. The tech that came out wasn't prepared for the job and needed to borrow my shop vac. To me, if I'm paying you close to $400 to clean my AC motor, come with your own tools and equipment. It's not professional to ask customers to provide their own for the company's use. I called the office to complain, and the manager was rude AF. He said he wasn't sure why the tech didn't have a shop vac, but the tech said he was never provided one. (So whenever you read this, please buy your employees the tools they need to do their jobs) I let the tech use my shop vac anyway, he finished cleaning the AC, and left the remainder of the work for the next day because materials were late. Stephen, the tech that actually did the remainder of the work was courteous and professional. Not sure sure I would use this company again. Seems like the owners or managers don't care about their employees or what kind of business they're running.
