I initially was scheduled to move into a new home, and was told to go ahead and set up all services/utilities; water/lights/gas/cable/internet. Needless to say, the agent was unaware that another person had rented the home already. So I had to cancel ALL of the services a week after starting them. Alexis cancelled my Spectrum account and contract with ZERO penalty and helped me return all the equipment with a smile on her face. I can't wait to return to work with her once I settle in at my new place, hopefully soon!!

The increasing slowness, in addition to the prices going through the roof (from $49.99 to $79.99!) means I'll be switching to a competitor next week, who charges less for faster speeds. What's sad is I know other people who live very close to me and use Spectrum, who pay $79.99 but get Gigabit speeds! It's criminal to charge me the same amount for far slower speeds.

I told the manager they deserved 1,000 stars, but she said five was the limit. I was to receive an email/link to rate them, but, alas it never arrived. Customer service came up with a solution, to which the store manager told me no, they were not going to help me and then lectured me and yelled at me in the presence of other customers. I have been a Verizon customer for 5 years and have had anywhere from 5-7 lines over those years. Verizon as a company has always been great, this location is the worst and the manager should be fired for what just took place.

We received annother bill so we wrote on it that we called to cancel and didn't owe anything. After 2 months we got another bill deducting one month. Then we received an email with return labels for the equipment. Now they have turned the account over to a collection agency for the month after we called to cancel. We are disputing!
