I was so embarrassed and felt humiliated. I was very quiet during the visit, as I was in shock because it was the most unprofessional way I had ever been treated. She was complaining the whole time that she needed to leave at 3:30, and she had to deal with many patients that day. I am also a medical assistant at Corewell Health, and that unprofessionalism would not be tolerated in my workplace. I would never treat a patient the way she treated me. - It was the younger employee with yellow-blonde highlighted hair. DON'T WORK IN HEALTH CARE IF YOU DON'T CARE ABOUT PEOPLE. They quoted me $600 for those services when the Honda DEALERSHIP quoted me $312. I verified with both the dealer and the Christian Brothers rep that the services quoted were the exact same as each other. Never recommending them to anyone for anything.
