Instead of listening to my concerns or communicating respectfully, I felt like I was treated as an inconvenience from the beginning. Even more concerning, important information was not accurately communicated to my healthcare providers. When I attempted to clarify the facts and correct the misinformation, I was met with hostility rather than a willingness to resolve the issue. Instead of addressing my concerns or taking responsibility for the communication breakdown, I was dismissed from the practice. Being removed as a patient simply for trying to ensure my medical information was accurate is deeply disappointing and raises serious concerns about how patient concerns are handled. Every patient deserves to be treated with respect, to have accurate information communicated to their provider, and to be able to advocate for themselves without fear of retaliation. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.

The office staff and nurses are all very kind and helpful. This location is super convenient because they also have an Urgent Care center and a lab (Although it gets a little confusing because it's easy to assume the lab is actually run by the doctors but it's slightly different billing/administration).

I even told the doctor, Daniel Mann, that I suspected pneumonia. He listened to my lungs for less than 10 seconds, dismissed my concerns, and prescribed me an inhaler, steroids, and a cough suppressant--despite the fact that I told him I did not have a cough. When I asked for clarification about my symptoms, the only explanation I was given was "it's probably a cold." When I asked if he could say with certainty that it was not pneumonia, he told me yes. I had to push just to get a COVID and flu test, because in my life I've never had a "cold" this severe. To be fair, I understand my visit was close to closing time. However, this was the only urgent care open at the time, and I simply cannot afford an ER visit. I was hoping for thorough care and reassurance, but instead left feeling dismissed and confused. Over the following week, my symptoms did not improve and actually got worse, especially the difficulty breathing. I ended up going to a different urgent care for a second opinion, where they performed a chest X-ray and confirmed I do in fact have pneumonia. That means I spent an entire week untreated, walking around contagious, exposing my baby brother and my best friend who has severe asthma and lung issues. This misdiagnosis and dismissal could have had serious consequences for me and the people around me. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of thoroughness and the disregard for my symptoms, and I would strongly caution others about the level of care provided here.

My dad (87) is not the easiest patient, but Marcie had a work around for everything. She took him for his XRay. Less than 5 minutes later a male and female Dr came in and kindly, and simply, told (and showed on X-ray) my dad his arm was broken. They sent him across the hall to get a cast. It was a great experience from beginning to end. But what really made me know my dad was in good hands was Marcie. She cared enough to figure things out even when he kept saying he "was fine". I was able to make the appointment online easily for that same week, which was nice. They sent a ton of forms to fill out prior to the appointment, which took a bit of time, but I didn't have to re-do any of the paperwork when I was there. The building has plenty of parking but it was pretty busy as the lot is shared with some other offices. I was seen pretty close to my appointment time by PA Nate. He listened to my concerns and did a quick physical exam of my knee and sent me for an x-ray which was done in their own lab. I got my results fairly quickly and they recommended physical therapy. They did call me several times to follow up to schedule PT as well as make a return appointment, which I declined. Overall it was a good experience, I don't have anything to compare it to but I felt listened to and supported in my care at this practice.

I have received wonderful service and care from here and am treated with respect. Dr. Conner is a top-notch+ doctor and goes way beyond the call of duty. The office staff are great also. The communication far exceeds what most doctor offices do. I give them an A* My doctor at this practice answers important email questions sent on " My Chart" after office hours and on weekends if contacted.

I knew that surgery and physical therapy was imminent and I didn't want to drive hours on the road for several weeks! I was so glad I went to Shoreline Orthopaedics! Dr. Cheek was so informative and took the time to tell me what I did to my shoulder and what it would take to get it back to mobility with no pain. It has been 4 months and I have no pain! The office staff were always friendly and the medical staff were 99% on time! I won't think twice about going to Shoreline Orthopaedics if I have to have surgery in the future. I just hope if I do, it will be several years down the road!
