    Didn't realize Spectrum was open on Sundays so I walked in the door at 4pm to pick up equipment …read more.. Christian Gonzalez was already helping 2 other customers ... he asked if he could help me and proceeded to get me in and out in 10 minutes all the while keeping the others engaged as well ... outstanding customer service ... great job ... thank you

    There is something really wrong with Spectrum. I went to the local Hickory Spectrum office. I…read morewaited at front door for them to open and they did open on time. Before I was ever able to get a number from the customer service kiosk for a number to be served. I was told that that there would be an hour and a half wait to return equipment and cancel service. If I was getting new service to get a number. The Spectrum gentlemen that talked with me said that i had to take the equipment to the local ups store and they would return it for me and that he would cancel my service once the equipment was scanned, and appeared on his system at the store. This gentlemen never said i had to call and cancel. I did this on July 1st 2026 and needless to say that I received my monthly bill for July. Although it showed that I returned on July 1st. Called customer service. It took 30 mins to get the an answer and that i should have called earlier.It is unbelievable that they tried to get me to stay for less than half of my current billing amount. I have been a customer for 17 years and every time i get a tele marketer call from spectrum they say i do not qualify because I am a current customer. They constantly go up a few dollars every six month. The internet service never was as strong as i was supposedly was paying for. Over the last 6 months the internet service struggle to keep the TV going. After being point blank lied to at the Spectrum store and the procedure to return so difficult that i could never recommend Spectrum to anyone. Now they want me to pay a whole month for service that i do not have the equipment to use because they have it. My advise research every alternative and never use spectrum. They could care less about the customer. Spectrum is like so many large companies these days It is about the profit and not the customer. It just stinks to be lied to over the whole process. Never again for me!!
