It definitely seems geared towards professionals and contractors versus regular homeowners/consumers, but that is A-OK. These guys know their stuff and are friendly and efficient to boot. Plus, we got the inside scoop that a new Sherwin-Williams paint store will be opening soon on route 130 (Holden Beach road) in the near future. Woohoo! We'll save 25 minutes in drive time, as the new location is only a couple miles away from us.

The guy working was friendly and helpful; really attentive. The project itself proved very troublesome. When I came in mid-project to buy more paint, the same service rep. remembered me by name, was super helpful, gave me some pointers, and let me take advantage of an upcoming sale to offset the cost of having to buy a second quart of paint. The next day the manager contacted me to check on my experience and express his apologies about the paint difficulties! Seriously, who does that?! I will definitely be coming back!
