I went in there to look at a washing machine that my husband wanted me to buy. Stephen walked me through the whole process and he listened to my needs. He never judged me, but through asking me questions and listening to what I was looking, for he steered me into the direction of a much less expensive washing machine. Because that model actually met my needs. Because I'm a girl and I don't really know things he really could've ripped me off but he didn't. I really appreciate Steven, taking the time to walk me through all the different models and all the different features and helping me. I had even told him that I could not buy the washing machine today because again I'm just a girl and that my husband would have to come and help me buy the washing machine cause I don't know how to do things. Even though he knew, I wasn't going to buy that washing machine right then , he's still spent at least 30 minutes explaining everything to me. So basically, if you don't want to get ripped off and you want to talk to someone who really knows what they're talking about and you have to buy your third washing machine in 10 years like I'm having to do ( uhhhh ) go talk to Steven. The first one Hwy 41 never acknowledged I was in the store and had several employees working. So glad I came to the Jonnie Dodds location. Super helpful with suggestions and offered to help with color choices. Michael was wonderful and friendly and his customer service skills were awesome.
