Their prices can be pretty competitive, especially on bulky items like feed (which may cost more online due to shipping costs). Employees have always been friendly and helpful. I've bought online a few times for curbside pickup with no issues. Went in the store a few times to buy some things and that went well too. I'm not as addicted to TS just yet as I am with Lowes, but it's getting close. Haven't walked out with any chickens yet, so that's a good thing. Coming to Tractor Supply is always fun. Today we ran in for my husband to pick up a flashlight he had seen there a week or so ago and decided he had made a mistake by not getting it. They have a large variety of items that you might need outside or in your home. We get pond dye there and my husband also gets his work boots there. We also get lump charcoal and we used to get dog food there (when we had a dog). Sometimes they sell baby chickens! My husband also has gotten a trailer there. During COVID they started a pick up service- you can order online nad then pull up and they will bring your products to your car. I have done that and it works out well. read more

My review must have disappeared, no worries. I love this Tractor Supply and the location is fantastic. They sell Carhart clothing, some tools, supplies for pets, poultry and farm animals as well as seasonal plants and items. The staff is friendly, polite and very helpful. They provide regular carts to shop with, as well as flat bed carts. They also sometimes carry Teddy's soda's too. In the center of the store they carry seasonal bits and bobs to decorate your home and occasional toys too. My only gripe is that they provide plenty of parking for Veterans and Handicapped customers and they do NOT provide scooter carts for the disabled. This leads me to order online and have to get help to load items in my car. Don't get me wrong, the staff is only too willing to help you, but as an independent woman, I would rather roam the store to look at items that are not listed online. I do love to shop. My wife is a Tractor Supply junkie. When I want to get her a gift, it's usually not jewelry or clothes... it's something for her horses that melts her heart. Tractor Supply (this one in particular) is a great stop for that. They have a great selection on things you need and "cute things" (my wife's words) that you want. I'm pretty sure with as much as we buy here, our purchases are enough to keep them in business. Though there's one in our town we still will drive about an hour to Ravenel to come here. It has a bigger selection and friendlier employees. They keep all your purchase history in their system, that way you don't needed a receipt to return something. It's also helpful because if you wanted to get the same thing again later, but can't remember what the brand was, you can ask them and they can look it up for you. read more

Tractor Supply has a vast selection of all sorts of items for the farming/outdoor/hunting lifestyle. It's not the cleanest location and it can be hard to find service associates (especially when this place gets busy!), but they generally have everything we need. Went to get a bag of topsoil. The lady at the register was beyond rude. She said I needed to bring to 40 lb bag inside. Each time previously they looked up in their bar code book. I guess she was incompetent. I advised her to forget it that that was poor customer service. She proudly said to call them. "Here's my name". I went to Lowe's where they were friendly professional and even cheaper. I've never seen a more rude person working retail. I will be emailing corporate. read more

The staff is great here. They always make me smile and feel welcome. It's a small store and is not your neighborhood Lowe's, but there's unique gifts, a large pet department and lots of small tools. (the ones you never thought of buying until you need it) It's not that far away either. From the Northbridge area it's about 10 miles. read more

I've bought several items from this location. They've alway priced match items no questions asked. Found a weather guard tool box (127-52-02) they had for $900. Home Depot and Lowe's had the same box for $770. They wouldn't match the price. Drove my ass down to Home Depot and bought it. read more

The products are reliable (and plentiful), the prices are fair, and the staff is truly exceptional. In a three year period, I have had numerous occasions to visit the Ravenel, SC store, and have not had a single negative experience. The store Manager, Durwood, really was helpful on a special order for sliding door hardware, and other staff have been most cooperative as well. This has been my experience at other locations too, including the new TSC at Awendaw, SC, the Columbia and Rock Hill, SC stores, and especially the TSC between Chatanooga and Birchwood, TN, which reall blew me away. TSC is a model for other retailers to follow, particularly in the area of customer support. I can hardly drive by one of their stores without stopping, and it is a rare day that I walk out without something that I could use. Hats off to a very well run organization! read more
