The…read morestaff here is usually pleasant to work with, and Joseph was really helpful and kind during my visit. He had mentioned he would help handle something with my bill and follow up with me. Before my billing due date, I emailed him to check in but didn't hear back, so I ended up going back into the store. When I spoke with him in person, he let me know he had seen my email but had been busy and wasn't able to reply yet. That said, he did help me once I came in, and I really appreciated how empathetic and understanding he was about the situation. I've been with Spectrum (previously Time Warner Cable) customer for over 10 years, and right now I'm happy with my current service and the customer service I've received at this location.

When I upgraded my phone in-store, I was told I'd receive $800-$1,000 trade-in credit and that a return box would be mailed to me. I never received a box. Later, I was charged $333 because they said I missed the return window. Apparently the instructions were buried in promotional emails, which contradicts what I was told in person. I spent 2-3 hours on the phone with multiple reps getting different answers. One told me to send the phone to a third party, but now I'm being told it's only worth $100-$200. To make things worse, my service was shut off over this disputed charge, even after I made payments. As a single parent and disabled veteran, I rely on my phone for communication, including VA medical calls. The mobile service is okay, but the lack of accountability and poor customer service is unacceptable. I will be leaving Spectrum Mobile as soon as I can.

    Oh hell no. We just…read moremoved to a new house and needed to get some type of TV service going meaning the choice was between cable (nope, sorry never again), DirecTV or Dish. Dish currently has the best pricing and so I went online to set it up which should be a relatively simple process, right? Nope. I won't go into the long, horrible story but I'm now on my third rep over 4 days and between online chat and the phone, it's well over 2 hours of my time. Bottom line, they messed up during the credit check process and ended up "locking" me out because they pinged it so many times. They promised a call back to complete the process which of course never happened and when I finally did get set up complete they tried to bait and switch me to a more expensive package. On top of that, more than one rep tried to get me to give them a second credit card number - even though they acknowledged the first one worked just fine. Super, super, super shady. The whole process was time consuming, inconvenient, frustrating and more than a little sketchy. There are very limited choices for TV service in this market and I believe all of them suck. Know that Dish is no exception and in fact, sucks HARD.

    I was excited about dumping Spectrum cable/tv with this great 2 year promotion from ATT/Direct TV…read more No dish that goes out in bad weather now because they have a app to get dish TV through the high speed Internet. This just gets really stupid as I go so buckle up for the ride. After three hours of watching the tech go back and forth inside/outside/sub station, call the tech line, looking at boxes/connections he could not get the internet to work so another service call was scheduled. I called to confirm my call on the day and I was told she contacted the tech and he was on his way over. Two hours later no tech so I call and I'm told my service call was rescheduled, WTF how do you go from tech on the way reschedule so I said if someone is not here in an hour and get my service up and running I'm canceling, 6 hours into this now and I'm told no one is in the area so I canceled my service. ATT kept taking money from my bank which I had to put a block on and start a claim to get my money back which they did. I spent 5 hours over two months repeating canceling my serve to no avail and getting past do letters and over du bills while being told my account is canceled. Every phone call I was given a reason why it didn't get canceled and reassured it's finally cancelled over and over again. Finally I had to file a BBB claim against ATT because it's just a fuc#ing nightmare dealing with ATT. Two days later ATT office of the president called me about the BBB claim, look it up on line ATT office of president. The woman assured me after hearing my nightmare story that my account is canceled and my bill would be 0 dollars, I told her forgive me if I don't believe you because I have heard this for countless hours over two month. I told the woman that ATT is the worst company I have ever dealt with. ATT has been the worst company I have ever dealt with and I would never do business with them ever again.

It was too much trouble for Omar to look into over the two or three visits there when I paid my bill. He eventually copped an attitude on my third visit. So I went to the next closest store on 68th and Greenfield. That staff knew what would work for me immediately and I walked out 20 minutes later with an iPhone 13, and a great sounding JBL speaker I purchased on a whim as well. It was worth driving the extra mile and a half for knowledgeable and very friendly service. As a result that location on 68th and Greenfield got two sales and my money. Avoid this store on Lincoln at all costs

    Worst customer service ever! Purchased our phones back in June of 2017. Told our bill would be…read morearound $200 per month with all the fees, taxes, etc. First bill was almost $400. I figured ok first bill might be high since the way billing worked but nope next months bill was $360. Called US Cellular and they said they can't understand why they would have ever told me that. After hours on the phone and speaking to many different departments they were able to get my bill down to under $200. Everything they told us in the store was a lie. We also purchased screen protectors that came with a lifetime warranty and free replacement. My 15 year old son went in to change his cracked and peeling screen protector for the first time (18 months later) and they said it would be $10. He called me because he wasn't sure what to do. I asked to talk to the guy, Eddy, and he told me nothing on our account said we purchased them. I said that I have had nothing but problems with that store from the beginning and they are liars. He said that he would replace one time but never again and I said don't worry because we wouldn't be back. After I hung up with him he told my son he was very disrespectful and he shouldn't have called his mom and that his mom should never act like that. Well I got one better for you Eddy, don't lie and people won't act like that. Save your money and find another reputable dealer to help you! Thank goodness US Cellular had great customer service.
