Its performance smooth and buttery, and the computer's physical setup is intuitive - not to mention a literal work of art. Sometimes I'll just stare at it and go, "ahhhh....I got so lucky to wander into Eddie's store." I came to Eddie and his wife due to issues with a gaming computer I bought on NewEgg. They quickly informed me that the computer had been assembled with cheap parts from Wish.com and Alibaba, an apparently common practice at NewEgg nowadays. Eddie offered two options: repairing my computer at a great price, or using it as a trade-in towards one of his masterpieces. I chose the latter option, and was pleasantly surprised by how much he offered for my trade-in. Eddie and his wife Sarah are wonderful people: patient, kind, informative, and supportive. They're also fast and efficient workers with a deep understanding of the computer world. I had a blast nerding out on gaming computer components with them before walking out with my prize. Fast forward from my last review and I was attempting to get the part so I stopped into the store to check on my order. I waited ten minutes for him to pull up his part order log which is a spiral notebook. He couldn't find my order anywhere - even though I have called four times and have been there once. I left my phone number for him to "research" the issue. He NEVER called me back and this is the second time this happened. Seriously if you don't have your faculties together then it's time to hang up the saddle and retire. Your real estate is worth tons of money - sell the place vs. keeping hours of 8:30 to 5pm with no weekend hours. I ended up ordering the part on-line for cheaper and no hassle of being worried as well because the owner wasn't wearing a mask.

I…read morediscovered a lot of Costco products I've seen in the stores, at more competitive prices -- in some cases it's because it's missing a component, i.e. instead of a 6-ct of their tuna, it's a 5-ct, but still cheaper than what you'd be paying at Costco. So it's a great place to find a good deal. And if you're interested in military-grade shipping boxes, they have a huge supply in the back lot. A staffer quickly took us back there to shop around for whatever we wanted and brought us a cart as well in case we found a few things we were interested in. Staff in general were very accommodating and friendly and the service was terrific. So glad we found this place!
