    They randomly raise rates ~ during a 12 month period. Expensive and even worse if any stations are added such as weather.

    I had a serious account security incident with Spectrum Business, and the way it was handled was…read moreextremely disappointing. My account experienced unauthorized changes including call forwarding and voicemail alterations, yet there was no clear explanation of how the breach occurred, how long access existed, or what information may have been exposed. What's most concerning is the lack of transparency and urgency. Instead of working collaboratively to investigate and contain the issue, Spectrum ultimately closed the case claiming no fault, while refusing to provide critical records (such as call logs) unless requested through legal channels. These are records that should be readily accessible to the account holder--especially during a security incident. This created unnecessary business disruption and forced me to take independent action, including filing reports with law enforcement and regulatory agencies. For a business service provider, this level of support during a potential breach is unacceptable. I would strongly caution other businesses to evaluate whether this level of risk and response aligns with their needs.

I called multiple times asking why our price was so high and they never gave us an answer. They just said it was the lowest price they could offer. Finally, I had enough we switched to verizon and when I called to cancel, they said that that we were paying way more than we needed to and they could give us a lower price. I have never been so furious. Then we tried to give them back their equipment and they had us wait 45 minutes just to sign a receipt. 45 minutes!! It was absolutely insane. Just to give their equipment back!!! I will never step foot in this place again.

    if you are someone that has a good service with breezeline youre in luck…read more i moved into an apartment and out of the five cable companies i couldve called i used breezeline. they told me the equiptment would take 3 to 5 buisness days maximum! they shipped it on a monday. i checked tracking 3 days later my package was literally sitting a mile from my home waiting for delivery. problem is ups says it will take 6 more days to reach my home a mile away. ups says that breezeline is lying to their customers. if they wanted it here in three days , they would pay for same day mail or three day delivery. however , they sent it ground mail , which takes 8 to 10 days. so now i sit here still without cable, internet or phone, because i trusted to go through breeze line and u.p.s doesn't really care once they have your package.there's nothing you could do or say about it. so basically, breeze line get your money, knowing it's gonna take twice the amount of time to get to you that they say just so when you call and complain, they can offer you credit toward your bill. meanwhile, you still went 10 days waiting for internet. when they told you , it would take three... if you're able to go to a reputable cable company i suggest you do so

No way to log on and make the payment, but to drive 10 miles to Breezeline office. ***Gina does the computer transaction. After.20 min. I'm back up. *** it asks for your email, but don't think it's your email address. It's.xxxxxx@breezeline.net. How did I know, I use facial recognition to log on.. terrible time, consuming processing experience, even though Gina in the office, handled it well. I was so exasperated! Why would they shut off my phone, text, and Internet if they want me to make a payment, especially because I did everything I could to make the payment after my card was compromised. It's Friday late afternoon. Later, I get an email offering me $100 if I refer someone else. NOPE!

    Can I give this less than a star?…read more Set up an appointment to have my battery replaced. Told it takes an hour. Brought an old iPhone 11 Pro in. Turns out appointments mean nothing at the store, phone should be ready in 2 hours. Fine. Come back. Battery installed fine but the phone didn't pass done control panel test. Essentially store broke my working phone. But will order an iPhone11 pro as a replacement for a 90 bucks. BS. I had a working phone and the store killed it. Needed a phone for travel that following Monday. Took 5 trips to store to resolve all the issues. Between the measly 40 dollars in credit they gave me, to the attitude from managers struggling their shoulders. I'm going to be switching to off iPhones after this.

Ross met me when I walked in and put my info into his iPad and said another associate would be with me. Nobody came after a few minutes, so he came back and helped me out. I never actually upgraded my phone before because I usually use my phones until they are totally extinct and worth nothing. Ended up getting more value than I expected. When I was setting up my MacBook, just to be sure it turned on, I was seated at a table with like four or five other people and handed off to Kai, who was floating around from person to person helping them troubleshoot their new products. I was amazed with his efficiency, patience, and friendly attitude. I've not had to take anything in for repairs, so I can't speak to that, but I've been pleased with my two experiences at the Maine Mall. Thanks Ross and Kai!
