Before Direct merged with AT&T, their customer service was outstanding. Since the merge, it is so bad, it's beyond description. Many of their phone reps do not have a good command of the English language, so it was extremely frustrating trying to describe the problem. They are unresponsive to viewing problems and it takes an act of Congress to get a service call or replacement box. After I dropped my AT&T cell service, my cost for Direct doubled. I then started to lose local channels without warning. When they dropped CBS with no notice, I dropped them. Don't plan to ever go back.

I don't and can't get their TV service being in Pa, and have lived here now about 2 1/2 years, and was told that "they're coming to PA soon". I've tried several times as we come and go from North Carolina to Pa. I only wish they'd come to Pa, as the current TV service here is horrible at best no matter what company you choose. l would pick up the tV service at least for the sports channels tomorrow if they were available. I'm guessing since they apparently have a "network contract with Verizon to use their Cell network there must be a clause that they can not infringe on their territory here in PA. However, on the rare occasion that I've required assistance, TWC and their folks have always been fast, capable, and friendly, from the front-desk receptionist when paying my bill, to the repair man when they once had to roll a truck to my place. After reading the other, negative reviews here, I'll say that, perhaps, I'm just lucky in my dealings with TWC; but, for what it's worth, I have only good things to say about it.
