LIZ IS THE BEST!!! SHE has been working with my toddler who has a speech delay for over 6 months and has been great. My toddler has slowly but surely started saying words( she was virtually saying none when we started at 2 years old). Liz is also very flexible and understanding when things come up and I have go reschedule a meeting or when my daughter is having an off say and not wanting to participate. We have gone through a plethora of speech therapists in my daughter's young 4 years. We only started working with Liz this April (April '19) but Liz is unlike others. She is devoted and worked in the child's environment (in the midst of a preschool classroom with other children who might distract from the session) and let your child take lead all the WHILE delivering unprecedented results. Liz also proactive in collaborating with preschool/daycare teachers and aide without me having to instruct her to do so. My daughter has a genetic mutation and is non-verbal, but Liz continues to work with her to improve her verbal output (while other therapists only focus on AAC usage). My daughter was able say the word "ha-wa-ii" in 4 days while we visited Oahu for the first time last week. We wish that Liz will continue to travel to the Peninsula where we reside and where we have not found anyone that comes close to her professionalism and effectiveness. read more

Nearly 2 years later from when my son started sessions with Liz Perry and we are still with her. He has improved so much with her. At his last appointment with his developmental pediatrician, we were told that his childhood apraxia is almost nonexistent. This is rare that it should happen when he is only 5YO... it usually takes much longer with other children. I owe much of this to Liz. Her continuous and tireless work with him and presumption of competence give him (and me) the confidence to keep working on his speech skills. He is no longer in preschool and has changed schools to go to kindergarten. The new school is nearly 30 miles away from the preschool. Yet... Liz committed to keep working with him. Prior speech therapist we tried were never able to work well with our son, or were too wedded to canned forms or structure.
