As parents, we were looking for someone who could not only understand our daughter's unique way of learning but also connect with her highly logical and helpful personality. Ms. Cameryn did exactly that. She created a safe, structured, and incredibly supportive environment where our daughter felt confident enough to find her voice. What sets Ms. Cameryn apart is her patience and her ability to tap into a child's natural strengths. She turned every session into a 'mission' that was excited to complete. Because of her guidance, we've seen major breakthroughs in our daughter's communication, social reciprocity, and emotional regulation. It is rare to find a therapist who combines such high-level professional expertise with genuine, heartfelt kindness. She is truly loves her, and while we are transitioning to home-based care due to our work schedules, we are so grateful for the foundation Ms. Cameryn built. If you are looking for a therapist who will truly 'see' your child and help them thrive, we highly recommend Ms. Cameryn!"

I live in Oakland, CA. I called every single Pediatric OT in Berkeley, Oakland, Walnut Creek, and every other place in ten miles. I was so disappointed in how difficult it was to get help for my child. Ghandi was the only person who had a frank and helpful conversation with me, she was the only provider who mentioned what would be "developmentally appropriate evaluation". She was a breath of fresh air. Immediately after that first conversation, I knew this was a business that I could trust. Logistically, everything was always clear and easy to manage. Secondly, and most importantly, Ms. Gabby, our OT,worked miracles with my son. We were having so many issues at home and school, and now after working with her he's shown so much improvement across multiple developmental domains. It has been such a huge shift for not only him but our whole family. She was incredibly knowledgable, patient, helpful and effective. My son learned so much from his time with her, and so have we as parents! The support extended beyond the sessions and have been integrated into all parts of how we parent and support our child. It was such a positive experience for us as parents trying to get our son help. I cannot recommend this team enough.

My husband, who is an Occupational Therapist for school aged children, is also impressed with her skill and ability to work with our baby girl!

As a parent of twins with developmental disabilities, I understand the importance of attendance. I also understand the reality of managing multiple therapies, medical appointments, school meetings, and life. Over time, repeated conversations about missed appointments, attendance reminders, and signing attendance acknowledgments left me feeling judged instead of supported. The final straw was accidentally leaving one week off a summer scheduling form, which led to another conversation about attendance. It wasn't about that one incident--it was the realization that this philosophy simply doesn't align with how I believe families of children with additional needs should be treated. The clinicians were wonderful, and the front desk staff were always professional and kind. My disappointment lies with leadership and the culture created by these policies. Families seeking pediatric therapy need partnership, empathy, and flexibility. Unfortunately, that wasn't our experience, and we chose to take our children elsewhere.

If I wasn't required to use this office by workers compensation I would never come here again. I…read morewas angry enough about having been injured at all, now I'm incensed at how poorly organized this place is. My initial appointment was fine, though there was a lot of confusion trying to get me into the system because they just started using a new platform. Irritating when you're in pain and no one has looked at your injury, but I let it slide. Second appointment the second doctor had me in and out fairly quickly with a comment that my next appointment was for physical therapy and to schedule it at the desk. Imagine my surprise today when I find out they don't even do PT here, but my appointment was for a follow up. Apparently, no one took the time to explain to me what I was coming in for today because they thought the doctor did? Doctor (the third one I've seen, no appointment has had the same one) says things are healing up find and I don't need PT, I can return to full duty at work, and he'll be back in a moment. Several long minutes later I hear my name yelled down the hall. They want me to make an appointment. I am confused by this because the doctor never mentioned needing to see me again. I argue with the staff about this and voice my frustration that my appointment today was already not what I was expecting and I will not make another one. They send me to the waiting room until the doctor is free to speak to me again. He all but calls me a liar and claims he never said I didn't need PT, never said he'd be right back, and knows he told me I'd need to come back. We argue. Then I try to give them some perspective about why it's impossible for me to take time off the week before Christmas to come in for an appointment. They pay lip service, but are totally unsympathetic. I agree to a date/time I think I can make work. Doctor disappears. I mention that I had a much more serious injury treated years ago and it was handled worlds better than this circus. One of the staff tells me all injuries are different. I bite back that the only difference it where I'm being treated. I leave pissed off after a sarcastic have a nice day from another staff member. TL;DR: it's a damn circus. Poor continuity of care, bad bedside manner, and complete disorganization. I rather would have stayed injured.
