She has taught Annabelle how to roll over, crawl, stand, walk, balance, draw and so so so many other things. We are grateful she has been with us throughout the last 2 years and very much apart of Annabelle development. She has been a great person and friend. She is always professional and timely. She Stayed with us while Annabelle underwent all her surgeries and kept time in her Schedule to continue therapy when Annabelle recovered. They also accept the Self-Determination Program, which has made services much more accessible for us. After working with Ms. Kristin for a little over a year, we have seen the most improvement we've ever seen with my daughter. Her articulation is so much better, her vocabulary has increased tremendously, and she is now 100% intelligible. What I appreciate most about Kristin is that she really understands PDA. She does not push my daughter in a way that overwhelms her, but she still encourages her to work, participate, and have fun while doing it. Kyra is also wonderful to work with. If there is ever a problem, no matter what it is, she will work with you to find a solution. She graciously gave me a tour of the whole place - which seems very well-equipt, with lots of toys, teaching aids, and a great big play room for physical therapy or just for kiddos to "let off steam." They have photos and bios of the staff on the wall, and Yvonne even read me the bio off her computer of a therapist who had not been placed on the wall yet. She was very patient in trying to get me the exact service and times that I needed. While it didn't end up working out, if the services are as professional as the receptionist was then your child will be in good hands!
