I called them a second time thinking that all I had to do was just monitoring a bit closer and ask not to skip surfaces. A new employee came, she did not wear a mask, did not ask if she should have worn one in my house, and left in a rush without cleaning anything in one of the rooms but just the floor... she did not ask if I was satisfied with the cleaning, and when I asked her if she cleaned that specific room, she said "yes".... who knows (?). I gave her a tip for her time, and because I don't like not to tip, but.. man... why those things even happen from a company that has such good reviews online? On a good note, both ladies were really good in cleaning the bathroom... they did a perfect job there, I could not have done better myself and I rarely saw other companies working so hard there, scrubbing everything, including the walls... but I cannot pay for the all house just to have a perfect bathroom :( Another very good thing: they accommodate you last minute basically, that for me was great!

The guest room I specifically asked for cleaning in because I'm having Christmas guests and the whole reason for the cleaning is to prepare the house for said guests was not cleaned. There are streak marks on my stainless steel appliances and they only cleaned my cabinets up to the point where they could reach without a ladder. After Jacqueline arrived she quickly assessed my unit and determined that my unit did not meet the criteria for the cost for a deep cleaning service. At her suggestion, we went down to the leasing office and confirmed with the property manager that I had a better alternative as my unit did not require a "deep cleaning". I wrote this review to emphasize Jacqueline's honesty and I believe she is one of the few genuine people out there.
