They were instructed to remove all of our personal clothing and empty out our refrigerator and freezer. Upon returning to our home and realizing our loss, Chris did acknowledge that they did take our personal items out of the house. In fact, they did return some of the items but over $13,000 of our personal belongings have not been returned. I have filed a police report and to date Chris has not returned our attorney's outreach. I will be taking further action. I called and let the company know that the quality had gone downhill. They offered to work with me and sent a different girl, she did about the same quality though. The next cleaning my floors were not even swept, my bath tub is scratched, and when the girl took the trash out it leaked all over my garage creating a another mess. When I asked to have it remedied they offered to have the same girl come back to do the floors again or a $25 credit. Only texted never picked up the phone. Their quality is far from OCD.
