Every time I go there and there is a certain girl working Maya wants to Argue with me about a laundry Load, but the Rest of the girls only charge me $10 per washer. Hi We will be getting alot of new machines in here in the next couple months. So a big thanks to the customers that have patients with the computer system and the machines. I am sorry about the customer that had no one to help them on saturday morning but the employee that was supposed to be there had a emergency and had to go to the hospital and we got someone in there as soon as we could. To the customer that left the bad review. I am sorry that you had such a hard time and a bad day. You have cats and as we tried to explain to you when they are soaked in cat pee you cant get that out with just washing in reg wash. we tried that with someone elses clothes which they had the same thing and we tried 4 washes and we found out you have to have certain things to wash them with which is the customers responsibility . The 6 load washers they are water saving machines . They are buit that way but they still give you enough water to wash clothes with and still come out clean as long as you put in the right soap and cleaning supplies to wash your clothes with. The dryers ,you can not put 80lbs of wash in one dryer and expect them to all get dried you have to split them up to dry a big load like that in different dryers and yes we care about our customers and reviews. DO NOT EVER GO HERE! THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS IVE EVER BEEN IN! First they told me that large load washers were in water saving mode (we're at a lajndromat!!) Then, because my load didn't get clean, they made it sound like my clothes were dripping in filth. Secondly, it took over one hour to dry my clothes. And to make matters even worse, when I got done, I wanted to get my money back that was on the card and the employee said she would have to call the owner first and they would decide whether or not I could get it back. So I called the next day and got a lecture from the owner about how to wash clothes and that they wouldn't give me back my money. JUST PLAIN RUDE! AND this company doesn't care about bad reviews...the ACTUAL OWNER STATED..."WE DONT CARE ABOUT BAD REVIEWS!!" They need to shut down and be bought out by owners that give a crap!!​ read more

It's Saturday 9am no one is here have been waiting an hour. A lot of people have left

After four years as a loyal patron, it's time to move on due to an extremely unpleasant employee (to whom I've now given a third and final chance). After a very long and exhausting day at work (mind you, also having had no days off since the first), I sped through the snow to get to the 'mat by 8pm, a FULL HOUR before "last load". I was "greeted" with a temper tantrum of slamming doors and rolling eyes; being the only customer (again, a full hour before last load), I was later told that the owner had given permission to close early although my laundry--now in the dryer--was still about 40 minutes from completion (which would make my egress around 930pm). When I motioned to the timer that I would leave when my clothes were dry (because I've already spent money and long before the posted closing time of 10pm), I got to witness yet another round of "under-the-breath" epithets (yep: swearing) and door slamming. Mya and (former employee) Anna would never have acted in such an unprofessional and childish manner--the sign on the front clearly reads "last load at 9" and that should be honoured without histrionics and demonstrative behaviour more inline with that of a six-year old that has been denied dessert. It's too bad, though, as the joint is clean and well-maintained but I simply can't tolerate anyone being disrespectful when rules/guidelines are being followed while money could be spent elsewhere. read more

Best laundromat in the city, wash dry fold was amazing. Very courteous and professional.

All washers are broke it took 5 washers to do my laundry and double the money that it would have normally took if the other washers were working. Got bonus money on my card that I couldn't even use because the only washers it worked for are always broken. read more

As far as a laundromat goes, this place keeps it pretty clean. They use a card system, which I like. You load a card with cash (so no need to get quarters) and you can re-use the card. I think most places are pretty similarly priced per load. What I will say about this location is that it makes for some very interesting people watching. Sometimes uncomfortable, especially when it comes to parents with young children. The kids run around (what do you expect? You're bringing them to do laundry, which takes forever in a child's world. They are not going to just sit still-it's not physically possible!) and then the parents scream profanities at them in hopes of controlling their energy. I know it doesn't reflect on the business, but it's a factor in choosing your laundry-doing location. read more
