I made several attempts to communicate with the company from January 1 to 3 to arrange a suitable pick-up time for my vehicle. Despite these efforts, the company failed to retrieve the vehicle as agreed. On January 2, during a conversation with a company representative, I was subjected to unprofessional conduct as the representative resorted to aggression, implying that legal action for a refund was my only recourse. *They stole $1,200 from an active military service member*

I had to do all of that research myself because anytime never once gave me a call back when I told them I wanted to file a claim. Just want to inform the next upcoming victims. Only got a star out of me because I have spent close to $10k with this company shipping cars over the years (perfect experience) with those transactions. This one stings a little because as a loyal customer whose referred you to many others needed to ship cars, I received this type of treatment as a loyal customer. Never again! The one time they should stand behind their brand and they didn't left a different view on the company. Here's a new slogan for good practices in the future.
