I was stranded on the side of the road and my insurance company sent this towing service to help. As a woman alone in a stressful situation, I already felt vulnerable, so I had a coworker on the phone for safety and support. When the driver arrived, he was immediately rude and aggressive. I asked that my car be towed to Discount Tire, but he insisted he had a different drop-off location from the insurance company. When we offered to pay out of pocket to change the destination, things escalated. The driver screamed "F*** you and F*** whoever is on the phone" -- completely unprovoked and shockingly unprofessional. I called the company to report the incident, hoping to speak to someone reasonable. Instead, the person who claimed to be the owner yelled at me, told me they "don't have all day to wait," and showed zero interest in what actually happened. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. If you want to feel safe, respected, or treated like a human being during an already stressful situation, DO NOT use this company. Absolutely awful. read more
