Having paid my $300 deposit and completing the forms as requested they then reported that I missed my slot and have not provided an alternative date since. As Yellowfin couldn't fulfill their side and I had to go elsewhere they have decided to keep my initial payment even though they never did not honor their side of the agreement. They don't allow a single minute to pass by until you sign the contract and pay. Their prices are higher than other places. They also forced to book by texting me nonstop. Don't recommend unless you want PTSD from working with a rude dispatcher who calls your phone every minute until you book. Yellowfin called nonstop AFTER the carrier had already picked up my car. I had signed a separate contract with the carrier when the car was picked up so there was no way the carrier was going to cancel my shipment. Very shady broker. My advisor was Chuck. Chuck gave me a quote and then guaranteed my pickup on May 7th and car to be delivered May 10th. I asked Chuck if this was guaranteed and he assured me many times there would be no issues. Come to find out Chuck kept pushing the pickup day from Wednesday evening, to Thursday morning, which turned into afternoon, then Friday morning, which turned into Friday afternoon. After the dealership called me and said no transport was there I called the main line and I got the brokers number. The broker told me they didn't even get to the load booked to them until late Thursday (8th) evening. The car was not picked up until Saturday the 10th(which was the original DELIVERY date). Chuck kept lying to me over and over about the pickup and delivery date. He had no true answer on my transportation. I got 0 updates this whole process and I was the one who had to make the call or text to get any information regarding my transportation. The car did not show up until 5/20. 10 days after the guaranteed date Chuck gave me. I understand things happen on the road, but 10 days is unacceptable from the original delivery date. Chuck took my deposit fast and I got no customer service. He then apologized for the inconvenience and said he would refund me my deposit, and here we are more than a week later and the deposit money has not been refunded. Received the news that my son who is in the military that he will be getting deployed soon. I had to ship all of his personal belongings and car back home to California from South Dakota. I had already signed an agreement with another company but Lucas from Yellowfin kept insisting to give him a try and which I did. He did every possible thing he could do to get me the best quote and although he did I ended up paying more than the other company had quoted since I was so pleased with the service. Last minute the driver actually took the car to my job since I would have to leave the office just to meet him back at home. Both Lucas the agent and the driver game me excellent service. I would highly recommend them again. Also since my son is in the military and will be getting deployed, we were allowed to load up all the car just leaving the driver side available with all his belongings not just the 100 lbs that other companies offer in the trunk.
