Do NOT book with these people. I wish I had took the negative reviews seriously because they are true. I booked with these people a month in advance and paid a $200 deposit for my hyundai elantra. Throughout this whole "process" (if I can even call it that) they have not been communicative AT ALL. I had called like two weeks prior because I noticed they hadn't reached out to me like they had promised when you book on their site. It says they will contact you shortly. Which is funny because I've had to initiate each and every time just for an update. I called again and asked for another update and all they could tell me was they were still working on finding me a driver and that Athena would contact me (they claimed she was gonna contact me the week before but never did). Athena did then text me and said it was too early to have a driver assigned to me but they were working on it. This was about 9 days for when I have it scheduled to ship. I text again and ask for an update on Thursday and no response. So on Friday July 10th I call to cancel and ask for a refund and they said okay and they will Athena know. I all of a sudden get a text today, the day before it was SUPPOSED to ship and they said they have found me a driver and that they'll send me over paperwork. Even though I canceled on Friday I still went ahead and checked my email and there was no paperwork lol I called and it went straight to voicemail (still ghosting me). I also texted them about this and no answer. This company is a scam and if they are a "legit" company they have extremely poor communication skills and are disorganized. Spend your money elsewhere. I am still waiting on my refund. I have no idea if they have initiated one or not since they don't communicate effectively. Having paid my $300 deposit and completing the forms as requested they then reported that I missed my slot and have not provided an alternative date since. Very shady broker. My advisor was Chuck. Chuck gave me a quote and then guaranteed my pickup on May 7th and car to be delivered May 10th. I asked Chuck if this was guaranteed and he assured me many times there would be no issues. Come to find out Chuck kept pushing the pickup day from Wednesday evening, to Thursday morning, which turned into afternoon, then Friday morning, which turned into Friday afternoon. After the dealership called me and said no transport was there I called the main line and I got the brokers number. The broker told me they didn't even get to the load booked to them until late Thursday (8th) evening. The car was not picked up until Saturday the 10th(which was the original DELIVERY date). Chuck kept lying to me over and over about the pickup and delivery date. He had no true answer on my transportation. I got 0 updates this whole process and I was the one who had to make the call or text to get any information regarding my transportation. The car did not show up until 5/20. 10 days after the guaranteed date Chuck gave me. I understand things happen on the road, but 10 days is unacceptable from the original delivery date. Chuck took my deposit fast and I got no customer service. He then apologized for the inconvenience and said he would refund me my deposit, and here we are more than a week later and the deposit money has not been refunded.
