Paid $50 Deposit when I scheduled my appointment on 09/20. They did not deduct it from my final bill, and agreed to refund, but never showed up as of 10/02/2018!! 2. I was told that no charges for driving time, how ever, the fees they calculated was $585, and mine was $525. The difference might be the driving time plus the time their movers eating lunch (I bought for them). In addition, I am not sure if they charged me for picking up movers? Movers did not have smart phones, could not find address, needed to be picked up on major streets. 3. Movers chatting several times during the move, and one of the movers was just watching while the other one disassembling and reassembling furniture. (Waste Time) 4. Things that were broken by movers: 2 light covers, 1 dresser, tons of scratches and dents on my brand new baseboards and walls. The worst thing was - the manager or the owner (702)358-4501 told me that he will be coming to refund my $50 deposit and fix broken furniture and scratches on 09/22, he did not show up. I contacted him again on 09/24, and he replied me on 09/25 and told me that he will be coming on the 09/28. Still nobody showed on 28th. Now is 10/02, I have not heard anything since his last response. $50 deposit still on his hand, furniture is still broken, and scratches and dents are not painted/repaired yet.

They had a minimum of 3 hours, and their rates per hour were below what a lot of other movers charged, plus it included the truck and no extra fee for moving a piano (I got quotes of $75-$200 from other movers just for the piano).
