Yes, you can sometimes get someone who's distracted or having a bad day, but I'd have say that every time I've needed some odd-ball nut or bolt, or needed the counter person to go the extra mile on exchanging or returning something, they don't balk or act like it's a hassle. Maybe in a 1000 years when we're all driving hover crafts like George Jetson and they never break down, we won't need O'Reilly's, but for now, it's a great place to get auto parts.
