I live by the one in Fountain and when my truck would start this morning I took it there to be tested. Lauren couldn't find me in the system. She looked multiple different ways and then called the Briargate store just to see if they could pull me up. They found me right away, she doesn't know why I wouldn't pull up in the Fountain system. She could have easily said I can't find you and you don't have your receipt. She went out of her way with excellent customer service! My battery was replaced under the warranty and I am happily driving again!
