Our flight was late, we just wanted to get a pizza for dinner, and we stopped at the nearby Cottage Inn. My wife asked the guys working the counter where we could get beer and wine. We had a colleague named "Boswell" who told us his travel trick was to pick up something to drink from a liquor store nearby, to keep in his hotel room. So we have denominalized his name, turning a noun into a verb, as in, "Let's do a Boswell." I was skeptical of the recommendation to stop in the nearby Shell station. That teaches me. This is among the better if not the best place for beer and wine attached to a service station.
