It's probably because the location is the most convenient -- just outside of town near the stores and businesses I frequent. It's also sooooo brightly lit at night and spacious enough for cars to maneuver around each other without getting blocked. The inside is slightly awkward as you have to go in one door, walk around the counter, and exit the other, but I don't mind. I kind of like the quirkiness. All the usual gas station convenience foods and drinks are available. And next to Thornton's, Speedway has the best gas station coffee. You can also sign up for a rewards card and get a free drink every five or six drink purchases (something like that). Air pump, car wash, vacuum, and propane exchange available too. No reason to dislike this place. My vehicles are happy to be filled here, as well.

There are a ton of gas pumps and chargers. The bathrooms are plentiful, well stocked and clean. The merch is amazing. So much Beaver gear we never knew we needed. Buc'ees mugs, beach towels and snacks were the highlights. We also tried them famous brisket and it did not disappoint. Staff is super patient and helpful. Can't hardly wait for the next trip.
