They rebalanced my new tires and did alignment. A week after a trip through the mountain towing a 36ft camper, a bad vibration starts. I pull the LF wheel and all but 1 lugnuts are loose and one was broke off. I feel like 2 were tightened and when 2nd broke the vibration started. Do not take your vehicles there. I have a newer truck but I drive a lot. The serpentine belt shredded and finding the replacement was no easy task. Not only was it a hard to find part but it was was mislabeled in the dealer system. So when what should have been the correct part came in; it wasn't right. None of this was their fault but Jordan and Jaime worked tirelessly to get me up and on the way. They called all around trying ti come up with a solution. I ended up staying around for a couple days because of the part issue and they treated me like family. Always updated, always empathetic. On the first day, I asked Jordan about how much it might be. He said and I quote, " no more than $220." When I paid my ticket, he adjusted the labor around to keep the bill under $220.
