It's the average gas station with a little convenience store inside. It's not great but it gets the job done!

I can't say enough about this place. I needed some tires installed as my tires were slowly leaking…read moreair and I was constantly needing to put air in them. So I picked up some matching tires and randomly picked this shop to balance & install. Hani fit me in the same day charges me short money to completely install, I appreciated that & they took the old tires to boot! Then Hani, who is a complete gentleman btw, took the time to look up my car fax and realized I had not changed the sparks plugs...EVER! I went on to explain that I bought the car almost brand-new in 2019, and I was the second owner of the vehicle. I explained further that my engine was vibrating and I feared it was my Exhaust-Manifold, which was welded by an arch-welder approx. 4 years ago ($700) I was dreading that expense again. Hani urged me to change the spark plugs which were 71,000 miles overdue for replacement, and stated it might stop the vibrating, and it DID! Hani went on to say, I could of ruined my engine-& thats all I had to hear. Hani scheduled me in right away the next morning to install the new spark plugs-which was completed in less than 1 hour. When I drove out of the shop my car felt like it was brand-new again and for that I'm so grateful (God is Good!) I couldn't be happier with the work, the care, and the time spent on my behalf by both Hani and his HILARIOUS Mechanic who also knew this car inside & out. My car is my livelihood and I cannot live w/out it, so I'm here to make sure I send my Blessings & Thanks to this shop whom has earned my trust, ...for now! I will definitely be going back to this shop when I need a mechanic! .......Hopefully not soon tho!

I don't know if these people are dishonest or incompetent. Either way, I recommend that you stay as…read morefar away from them as possible. Roadside assistance was going to charge me too much to tow to my regular mechanic, so I had my Volvo towed here. They charged me almost $800 (which was more than they had told me over the phone, by the way), and when I picked the car up, it was doing the EXACT SAME THING it was doing when I had it towed to them (flashing check engine light and all). I went inside to tell the man that, and he told me that he had put something in the engine to treat it and I just needed to drive it for a while to fix the problem. If it did not, they would be happy to look at it again and charge me even more money. To recap: 1) I paid them almost $800 to diagnose and fix a flashing check engine light; 2) I picked the car up and the problem was not fixed; 3) they told me to drive the car, with a flashing check engine light (I'm no expert, but I can Google and know that it is a bad idea to drive a car with a flashing check engine light); 4) I had to pay a competent (and honest) mechanic to tell me my car had a stuck open valve; and 5) I paid these people a lot of money for nothing, only to need to pay a whole lot more money to fix the real problem. Next time I will know to pay roadside assistance the extra money to keep towing my car past this place.

I gotta say it's a good convenience store and it gets the job done. They have tons of food, drinks,…read moreand gum to eat. The people complaining about the space isn't that big of a deal because there is enough space to look fore items to purchase.

This Cumberland Farms in Downtown Derry is modern and spacious. Only a few years ago, this store…read morewas smaller and crammed before the renovation and expansion at the same site. The self serve chill zone (fountain drinks & freezes) and coffee bar (any size (their cups) is 99 cents plus tax) offers a good selection of several varieties of coffee (I like the Farmhouse Blend and my choice of flavored creamers too). I sometimes grab an iced coffee on hot days. I like the food selections here which includes sandwiches, subs, salads, hot pizza, wings, fresh baked goods, and hot munchies (tornados, hot dogs). It's definitely not a Wawa or Sheetz which have very extensive MTO food offerings (PA customers are very spoiled), but Cumbys food offerings is good enough for here and generally cheaper than the mentioned. This store also carries cold drinks in the cooler, a walk-in beer fridge, small food items, frozen foods, ice cream, gelato, snacks, candy, newspapers, magazines, lottery tickets, smokes, and other miscellaneous items. The clerks here are pretty friendly. Though I don't buy gas at this Cumby's (I already go to the Derry Speedway for gas which has more pumps), the gas prices here are pretty competitive with other gas stations in the Derry area. There are three gas pumps (6 vehicle fueling positions) outside, which also offer pay at the pump for convenience & smart pay (10 cents off per gallon). The onsite access is a bit tricky. Entering the site from NH 102 (East Broadway) from the west or east is no trouble using McAllister Ct (west side) or Franklin St (east side). However, if you want to get back onto NH 102, you must exit to the east and turn right onto Franklin St (2 way) and make a left turn (tricky during heavy traffic) or right turn onto NH 102. Exiting onto McAllister Ct (one way northbound) is right turn out only, away from NH 102, but easier access to Crystal Avenue (NH 28) via a few turns on back side streets. Personally, I find it easier to parallel park on East Broadway (facing west) and run inside Cumbys for my coffee and I'm on my way very quickly with no parking lot woes.
