Everything was fresh. Delicious egg sandwiches, and the coffee was exceptional. Very friendly staff as well. Will definitely be going back.

If you're a coffee connoisseur, this place needs to be on your radar. The atmosphere is cozy, the…read morefood is ok but what really makes it is that they freshly roast their own beans. In fact, I typically only get their espresso beans when I go in and then make lattes at home with them. I've tried locally roasted beans from all over the area and Coffee Factory has the best, hands down! I didn't think it made much of a difference at first but the freshly roasted beans have so much more flavor and the crema you get with them is on point. When you walk in you'll see huge burlap bags of imported beans so you know it's the real deal. Try their beans, these guys roast right on site weekly and they know their stuff.

Their breakfast sandwiches and coffee lattes are also good. However, the overall aesthetic is quite outdated and they should remove the nasty stained carpet and replace it with hard flooring. It's not pleasing to look down and see all the dirty stains when your eating-it's gross. The decor, including the stuffed bear on the piano, feels a bit old-fashioned. Additionally, there was an electric fireplace in the middle of the wall that looked out of place and bizarre. This place could use a brightening up to make it more inviting. It's spacious with plenty of seating, but it could definitely benefit from a refresh to create a more welcoming atmosphere.

The interior felt bright and airy, with light woods and cream/off-white tones. The space carried a slightly upscale coffee shop feel, but without the snooty third-wave energy of plastering tasting notes and bean origins everywhere. I got a large cold brew ($5.50) and a pour over ($6). At the pour over's price point, I would have expected more than one coffee bean option. Service came across as cordial, with my pour over brought out to the table. The establishment offered free Wi-Fi; even on a Labor Day afternoon, multiple people set up to work.

The service was very good. I wound up getting the gluten free waffle which was delicious. Wouldn't even know it's gluten free. It had a great flavor and texture. I asked if there was fruit to add on it but there was not at the time but the employee was nice enough to offer a raspberry jam as an alternative. They also make and have real maple syrup. I got an iced coffee to drink with oat milk. I enjoyed the coffee. There's street parking. I came on a Sunday so the parking was free. Quaint place. Your order then get a number and sit at a table and they bring your items to you. Just a couple seats outside. They also carried a few gluten free desserts like cookies and brownies and have season banana bread. I'll have to go back and try them another time.
