Rather than deal with a massive spill or a toddler meltdown, I chose to buy a completely separate smoothie just so my daughter could use that straw for her original drink. Denying a parent a simple straw for a toddler after a purchase is incredibly disappointing. I really hope management considers adding a bit more flexibility and kindness to their customer service in the future.

I've tried locally roasted beans from all over the area and Coffee Factory has the best, hands down! I didn't think it made much of a difference at first but the freshly roasted beans have so much more flavor and the crema you get with them is on point. When you walk in you'll see huge burlap bags of imported beans so you know it's the real deal. Try their beans, these guys roast right on site weekly and they know their stuff.
