Funny I know where all the Speedways are along major highways. You buy 6 soft drinks any size you get one free. That's what I was doing here today. I've been to this location quite a bit, it's always dirty. They are busy at lunch because they have quick food for the nearby shops/factories. I just came for my Big Gulp...that's what they're called since 7-11 took this chain over. The floor by the beverage machine is stickier than a movie theater floor. The hot dog/pizza self service area is gross. Seems they rarely clean the place. The cashiers were friendly though. read more

Horrible service at the Speedway in Grand Haven!!! You offer air, but it ONLY takes quarters and card. I go in to get the quarters so I can put air in my tire. They have a change machine that gives you your change. Neither of the 2 girls working would break my dollars to give me change. Are you serious, just plain RUDE!!! First time coming here, needed a place to fuel up and grab some food and drinks while I was in the area. Huge place, easy to Access, very clean and well maintained and new looking as well. Fair restrooms and everything you expect from a gas station. read more

Convenient to my job and I like their points system and rewards. This location is newer and it took a while to get the customer service together. This review is mainly for the cafe, I went in for a personal pan and specifically asked for it to be well done. The pizza was barely done at all. The girl who made the pizza was so busy talking to the other worker I'm sure it went in one ear & out the other. I understand it's "gas station" food but being a newer location I gave it a try, I didn't think you could ruin pizza! Skip the cafe! read more

myself and my family used to stop at this location quite often, for snacks, and the cafe. This last time that we stopped their it was no toilet paper in the bath room stall when. I used the bathroom. I was able to yell at my husband to ask the cashier for toilet paper. The cashier said that he could not leave the cash register. And that his manager was not available. My husband asked the cafe employee could she get me some toilet paper she said no also. Usually when it's not any toilet paper in your stall it's usually someone in the other stall you can ask, but not this time. So. I did end up using toilet paper from the other stall. But not without leaving my under garments On. so when. I came out the bathroom. I asked the cashier for his manager, and. I said to the cashier no one couldn't get toilet paper for me? So. I heard an employee at the cafe saying to another customer saying she could have used paper towel. So I'm like you don't have any right to talk about me to anyone. So this employee cursed me out with horrible curse words. She pointed her fingers at me, and told me to kiss her nuts. I did not curse back at her. It was children present, and other customers present.. This was, so humiliating, and this wasn't customer service at all. I was so shaken up until. I had to call and cancel an appointment that. I had immediately following what. I went through. I'm very Leary of stopping at any speedways. I have not went back to this speedway where This happened at. I called back to talk to the manager. The manager was not ever available to be reached. I called customer service and complained. I have yet to this day to hear about how the incident and embarrassment that. Love this gas station. They always have the cheapest gas prices. Plus, they have an awesome cafe inside with good paninis and donuts. Since this is a newer location, their store is modern and big, and they have many more pumps than other gas stations so you never have to wait to fill up your tank. I highly recommend this place! read more

Very rude and dumb workers. I wanted a breakfast sandwich and it was 11:50am. They said it was too late even though the sign says they are available until noon. I told the cashier lady checking me out and she said they could not make them after 11am. I suggested that they should change the sign then. She did not apologize or anything, just looked at me with a dumb look on her face. read more

Went inside the store to prepay for some fuel, while waiting for a receipt, the cashier started making weird noises like "MEH... MUH" and stared at me awkwardly. I asked "what?" twice and he just kept repeating the same noise. Finally asked for my receipt, and he printed and handed it to me then proceeded to stare at me with a weird smirk on his face the entire time I was walking out of the store. I had a bad experience there.. Line to the registers were really long, when I finally made it to the cashier, she rang me up and then told me cash only.. So I had to go back in the line again for the other register...if it would have been announced that line was cash only it wouldn't have been a big deal but it was never mentioned..
