Yes sir, I know I paid. But you never gave me the cigarettes, so I just paid you $9.50 for thin air. Eventually he huffed and puffed, and handed me the pack of Parliaments that I had originally asked for, but not without making me feel like a crook and a pain in the ass in the process.
