They have a reward program where you put your phone number in and you save on gas I have saved up to almost a dollar per gallon on my gas it has been wonderful and has saved me quite a bit of money this year. Price of gas is always lower than anyone else in town. Very friendly employee, Sianna, was on top of everything, moving people through quickly and always greets you with a smile, very friendly young lady. They have gasoline, air for your tires and Kero. They have oil, washer fluid and other fluids for your car. They have snacks and drinks you can purchase.

They seem to be very professional, courteous and informative when it comes to the basic service I went there for. I'd gone there during the winter to get Nitro in my tires, while I was also planning on getting my usual 3,000-mile oil change. It was the good folks at Grease Monkey who explained that these days, and with the 2003 car I have, oil doesn't really need to be changed more often than 5,000 miles -- I'm old school, and have always used 3,000 as the rule. Point being, they didn't have to tell me what they did -- it showed that they were more interested in good service, over agreeing to a premature oil/filter change, and making money when it wasn't necessary. I passed on the option for synthetics and combos thereof, and went for the basic 30-weight oil. Folks were very friendly like I'd mentioned. Since I don't work, I went and drove by there when it looked as though they weren't taking care of many customers, so I don't think I was there longer than 25 minutes, and got everything done. There were no high pressure sales for unnecessary things either, which I appreciate. I'll be using them from here on out, or will change this review if they're not as good as what I've seen so far.

Two things concerned me 1) that it may come off while driving and create all kinds of havoc 2) that the rental company would blame me. I knew perfectly well that I hadn't driven the car in anyway to cause it. I won't use this rental car company again because it's the 2nd car I've had from them with problems. In any event the team here were very professional, friendly and quick to figure out how to fix it. It took some definite problem solving which I think they enjoyed. Their pricing was extremely fair on top of that. I'll be moving to this area in a few years and hope they maintain all their good qualities. I surely would go back.

At most well run gas stations, I expect at the most one pump to be broken. * Of the pumps that were working, care was not taken to ensure they had sufficient receipt paper, forcing me to go in to the store and see a clerk. I can't speak to the quality of the gasoline. My rental made it back to Charlotte after filling up with a half-tank of gas I bought here, so there is that.
