Worst customer service, blast Spanish music and don't speak English. This new company is the worst.

When I reached out to request a resolution, their email responses suggested a number of troubleshooting steps, but none of them worked for their capsules, and yet coffee came out perfectly using any other competing brand. When I called to follow up on the fruitless email chain, the person who answered put me on hold and checked with management twice and then proceeded to hide behind the part-time employee who had written the emails, saying she had gone home for the day and is the only person who could help resolve this issue. Ultimately, they refused to stand behind their product so there goes $109 down the toilet for these useless pods. And somehow I'm supposed to feel good that they are compostable! What a joke. Avoid this brand at all costs! Product doesn't work and they have no concept of customer service or brand reputation. Ask yourself why they have a perfect 5.0 rating on their website. Do you think they might delete the reviews that aren't five stars, just maybe?

Impossible to reach someone through chat during their business hours. I got a response a day later then radio silence. Luckily I was able to get in touch with them via email. The rep was very responsive through email, which I will give them credit for, but limited in the help they were able to provide. Also to their credit, I called in during business hours and I was able to get in touch with someone every time. The other representive I talked to was very knowledgeable about my product, but their hands were still tied with regard to the status of my order. I was lied to multiple times on when my item was shipped. I had to pester them for a tracking number, and then the tracking number was for my item, but it was being rerouted from a different warehouse to their Florida location. If an item is backordered, it should be listed on the website so we can expect longer than normal shipping times. If they were transparent when I ordered the product, that would have went a long way. The money I saved going with Artizan was a wash considering how long I had to wait for the item to be shipped. I asked to speak with a manager and the representative I spoke with assured me someone would be reaching out to me. I waited a day and followed up--still nothing. It's been well over a week and I've heard nothing. I was told the manager is "busy" and only works part time. Not my problem and not something the customer wants to hear. I bought an expensive product and I'm really hoping I never have to deal with Artizan for product support. I'm very satisfied with the roaster I bought, but it was a frustrating buying experience all around. If your customer service representatives have no power to change an order (with the exception of cancelling it outright), then at least make it so the manager (the only one with authority to do anything, I gather) isn't so elusive. I'm still waiting on a call-back...

I recently visited Vanilla Espresso French Cafe, and it was such a great experience. I ordered the…read morecrème brûlée latte, and it was amazing; absolutely no complaints. My son had an iced vanilla matcha latte, and it disappeared in about four minutes, which says it all! My partner ordered a regular cappuccino and really enjoyed his drink as well. The café has a cozy, slightly gloomy vibe, which I personally love in a coffee shop. It creates the perfect atmosphere to relax and unwind. You pay first at the counter and then find your seat, which makes the process smooth and easy. The pricing was reasonable too, typical coffee shop prices for really good quality drinks. The staff was really sweet and welcoming as well, which made the visit even better. Definitely a spot I'd visit again.

If you are in North Miami and craving a taste of Paris, Vanilla Espresso is a must-visit spot. This…read morerestaurant captures the essence of Parisian vibes beautifully, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The décor perfectly mimics the charm of a quaint Paris cafe, making it an ideal setting for a delightful meal or a casual coffee break. I visited on a Thursday around 11:30 AM, hoping to beat the weekend crowds. While it was quite busy, the lively energy only added to the experience. One thing to note, you order at the counter before taking a seat, and they bring your food to your table. I can see this being a challenge during busy peak time if you want to sit and eat. The menu is impressively extensive, featuring a wide array of delectable options. I opted for the "Bonjour Madame," which included a buttery croissant with ham and cheese, delicious French toast topped with fresh berries, scrambled eggs (I chose not to have poached egg which is featured on the menu), crispy bacon, and a delightful bowl of Greek yogurt with fruits and honey. Each element was delicious and expertly prepared. I also had the crème brûlée latte, which was a standout! It arrived at the perfect temperature, definitely a plus, as many cafes serve their drinks lukewarm. To satisfy my sweet tooth, I indulged in a raspberry cream-filled croissant to go, which was the cherry on top of a fantastic meal. The staff deserves an A+ for customer service. They were super friendly and attentive, they made the experience even more enjoyable. They kept the tables clean and provided quick service, making it evident that they care about creating a pleasant dining environment. With both indoor and outdoor seating options, it is a great spot to relax and soak in the ambiance. While the prices are a bit higher, they align with the quality of food and the overall experience provided by this charming cafe. Lastly, the cherry on top is the no-charge parking, making it convenient to visit. If you are in search of a cozy, Parisian-style cafe with excellent food and service, Vanilla Espresso is the place to be! It is definitely a perfect Instagram spot, too!

Flaky and hard outside with a soft inside. Would get again. Their matcha might as well been a cup of milk with green food coloring. Literally awful and tasted like nothing. It was PACKED and stuffy in there but the staff were all working really fast and got the orders out quickly. There's also barely any seating in there so don't plan to eat inside. Even for the seating that there was, you'd be surrounded by the people waiting in line. I would maybe come back for another croissant but definitely not for the drinks.

It's the kind of place where you can just grab a book off the table and read while you eat, which makes for such a relaxing morning. The coffees are consistently excellent and the food is very tasty. For this visit, I had the Neverland iced coffee and the Golden Tater Tot meal, while my wife had the croissant with Nutella, banana, and strawberries along with the Passionate fruit drink. My sister-in-law opted for the Firehouse breakfast with a pistachio coffee, and everyone was thrilled with their choices. The service is always friendly and welcoming, which is why we keep coming back. I even ended up going back to the counter to grab a strawberry latte to go, and it was surprisingly good--the perfect way to end the meal. Whether you're looking for a great caffeine fix or a hearty breakfast, this spot hits the mark every time.

The turn in is a bit awkward, but there parking lot was pretty much empty at that time (and completely full by the time we left). I do not have a large car and the spots are super narrow. If you drive a truck, I would not try to park in the inner lot in front of the entrance. The place is clearly LGBT friendly; kudos for the pride flags out front. I immediately felt like I was walking into a hipster cafe in Cali. You order and pay inside; get a table number and the bring your food and drinks out to you. There's indoor and outdoor seating. I got the secret pita and golden latte. Service was relatively quick. Drink came then food shortly after. I totally wasn't thinking when I got the golden latte. It was a bit warm outside for a hot latte but I wanted to try something unique. Hard to describe but I enjoyed it. It came with granola on the dish. Not sure if you are supposed to throw it in. The squirrels and birds ended up eating mine. Yes, there was a lot of wildlife that was not shy. The squirrel was literally eating out of my hand and would have sat on our table if my friend allowed it. The bird flew in and did just that though. Came back for seconds a few times. Then as the place got busier, they must have gone off to bother others. As an animal lover, this was a fun perk but may be a turn off to some. The presentation for the pita was unexpected. I had to open a the box to get to my meal. You can choose how the egg is cooked. I went with the default sunny side up. The chorizo hit. Hummus was ok. Kind of bland. I didn't care for olives and picked the fruit off my dessert pita. Felt like I had enough pita carbs by the time I got to it. The ambiance was mostly peaceful. They do play music which was on the border of getting too loud. Coffee was pricy but all coffee is now. The food was also on the high end. This would be a major factor on whether to come back. I don't recall anything unique on the menu aside from the pita. The menu appears to change seasonally though.
