1 Star -- I'd Give Less If I Could Worst Starbucks experience I've ever had. The staff was incredibly unhelpful and acted like they couldn't care less. My name sat on the "Ready" list for over 7 minutes, yet there were no drinks for me. And I ordered a Pike Place coffee--nothing complicated, no special modifications, no frills. When my husband politely asked for an update, the response was basically a shrug. No attempt to check on the order, no explanation, no apology--nothing. In the 4 years that I've been ordering this drink (nearly daily), I've never tasted one made this poorly. I wish I could make a positive review about Starbucks because it's one of the places I spend money on nearly every day. But this Starbucks, no matter when I arrive, no matter what day of the week it is, they never have anything that you need ready. I always place my orders in advance via the app, and they give you a scheduled time to arrive for pickup. Whenever I arrive for pickup, I'm always waiting an additional 10 minutes at minimum for my order to be ready. It never fails. When I arrived today, my name was one of six in the in-progress slot on the digital screen. There were other names on the ready slot. There were actually only three orders ready when I arrived. Then, in my waiting, 13 names ended up on the order ready side, and there were another six that were on the in-progress list. Again, the same orders were ready. None of the additional names that were moved to the order ready side were actually ready. So I continued to wait and continued to wait until my order was ready. When I place my order in advance for it to be ready at a certain time, I expect my order to be ready at a certain time. I also expect my Starbucks to be clean and not have food, paper, and products all over the floor, behind the counter, and on the customer side. It's absolutely horrible. The location is also dirty every single time. And no matter how many times I tell myself I will never return again, I always somehow come back because it's the location that's closest to my parents' house, and I need to stop sometimes to get it closer to when I'm getting there so that my drinks are at the temperature I need for my own consumption. Do yourselves a favor, drive the extra number of minutes and miles to go someplace else when you want to go to Starbucks. This location should be ashamed to have the Starbucks name on it. It needs to be turned into Random Joe's Coffee Shop. read more

This is a lovely Starbucks! I was pleasantly surprised at the upgraded look. It even has a private suite in the back for meetings. The staff were super friendly and fast! My drink was perfect. Music was uplifting, dim lights but great natural light through the windows! Definitely a place to come and get work done! read more

This is honestly the worst and slowest Starbucks location I've ever been to. Every single time I come here, the wait is ridiculously long, even when there are barely any customers inside. The staff moves at an extremely slow pace, there's no sense of urgency, and they always seem unorganized. What makes it even more frustrating is that the drinks and food aren't even consistent. Some days the drinks taste watered down, other days they're made wrong entirely. The store never feels fully stocked, and customer service is almost always indifferent or dismissive. I've been to plenty of Starbucks locations, and this one is by far the most disappointing. The slow service, lack of communication, and constant delays make the whole experience frustrating every single time. I genuinely do not understand how this place is run so poorly. It's always a good day when I can get my caffeine fix and do some shopping in the same area. I happened to be getting gas close-by and needed to pick up some things at a nearby shopping center. I had no idea this Starbucks was here, but I was so glad to discover it. This location has a magnificent cafe with a good-sized conference room and is well-spaced with ample seating (tables and sofas). There is also a drive-thru window and a few tables usually situated outside for those who choose to indulge in the South Florida sunshine. This is the closest Starbucks location to me, so I'm sure I'll frequent it often for its convenience. The employees have been cordial but you can definitely tell they get slammed and it can be hectic. While I do sincerely hope they can pick up the speed of the drive-thru, I also understand that making individual orders can be complex. read more

Wow, has this area changed. I assumed the area would still be sketchy and not the kind of area I would spend a couple hours at a Starbuck. i was actually surprised there even is a starbucks but the whole area near the stadium looks like it has lots of new places. I arrived very early in the morning to have some coffee, use the free internet and wait for my son to pick me up in a couple hours to spend the day with him. I got a Soy Vanilla Latte. It was made perfect. I also got a Low-Fat Banana Bread; they warmed it up and it was very good. This location is very large with plenty of tables. There is a large table that people share that has plug outlets and there are a bunch a cushion chairs with small end tables with plug outlets on the floor. There is also a conference room with glass walls so you can see in and out but anyone can use it. Pretty cool if you have a club or group get together. I wish they had some small couches or something more laid back and comfy. read more

The service here was so slow, even though there were more workers here than patrons today. They literally got everybody's order incorrect that I watched in front of me. Then mine. The ladies in front of me said everything they got was wrong, but they took it anyways. The lady before them saw the staff doing something wrong with her order, and corrected them before they did it wrong. Everything that I ordered was given to me incorrectly as well. The drink was even labeled as "no whip," as I had requested, but had a bunch of whip cream in it. Unbelievable. Also, the bathroom was filthy. The largest Starbucks I have encountered thus far! The design concept provides plenty of space for lounging to read a book/magazine or you can open your laptop and search away. I have been coming to this location for a while now, and they need more employees with how busy they are, but it takes 20 minutes to receive an order unlike other locations I've been to. I usually place an order on the app and pick it up at the drive thru, but today the drive thru line was extremely long so I decided to go inside. After letting the barista know I was there for my order, I then stood for 20 minutes, watching people who placed their orders inside get their items. After letting another barista know I am still waiting on my order, I then see them prepare it. What is the point of ordering in advance if I must still wait a long time? This location is the closest to my house, but with this experience I will drive further to another location until these issues are resolved. read more

This location of Starbucks is probably the best one I've ever seen. It is very large yet clean everywhere. There is a good amount of seating, and they even have a separated room for meetings/group study sessions/etc. This Starbucks also has a drive through, and the line is never bad. The baked goods and food here are all really great. Nothing tastes stale and visually, the cookies and pastries are spot on. Parking is all around the perimeter of the store so plenty of spots, and they're also opening a 24 Hour Fitness literally right behind the location, making grabbing a coffee after my morning workout super easy read more

I ordered a Carmel Frappuccino and an everything bagel that I specifically asked for toasted... The worker explained that they had no whip cream which was fine at first. So my boyfriend and I enter this Starbucks on 27th Ave right next to the Walmart, there is no greeting. We walk up to the counter and there are no pastries on the display. No one even comes to the register when we get there, so we wait for a few minutes. There are at least 5-6 employees behind the counter and no other customers except people at two tables. After a while I say "hello". One male employee behind the counter holds up his finger to me indicating that I should wait a minute. Again, there are NO OTHER CUSTOMERS WAITING. I ask fir the Mansger and explain that this is not the usual standard Starbucks customer service that I am used to. She acknowledges this and apologizes. She explained that they have a lot of shortages so they don't put out the pastries on display. Then we wait entirely too long for just to drink one of which was hot tea which only requires putting hot water and two teabags in a cup. As we sat at a table to drink our drinks, we know is how dirty the table was as well as crumbs on the floor. Not to mention the overflowing garbage can.
