First of all, when the pumps are processing your debit/credit card, they are the slowest in the world at authorizing the transaction. Second, on multiple occasions, I have attempted to use my debit card at the pump, only to have it come up saying "see attendant". When I do, it turns out their whole credit card/debit card system is down, and they can only accept cash. The only alternative then is to use the ATM which has a $2 or $3 fee on it, or to go across the street to the Turkey Hill (which was my permanent solution). The only potentially redeeming factor about this place is that the gas is usually anywhere from 1 to 5 cents cheaper than the Turkey Hill across the street. Is this a good enough reason to stop here? Not for me.

I lowered my passenger side window (where my elderly aunt was sitting)-& the wild haired woman was screaming & carrying on that we were not parked in a parking spot: I began to explain about my elderly aunt-& all I got out was "ma'am ma'am ma'am " before she screamed "I don't want to hear anything you have to say-just move!!". My elderly aunt became extremely upset & got teary-so I just drove away. This is disgraceful & inexcusable behavior-& I hope that Giant takes action against this employee -there was no excuse for this despicable behavior.

It's a bonus that they service alcohol in Slushy form and bottles of wine. Convenient in house seating w condiments at your fingertips. Made to order service can be a little slow and skimpy on the meat options. I ordered 6 wings and hash brown rounds. Very good!! Hubby ordered a turkey sandwich and literally couldn't find the lunch meat initially due to it being almost non existent. Wasn't appealing enough to picture. Otherwise, everything was fresh and pleased my hubby. Customer service was average. Room for improvement by cashier as she doesn't greet customers and barely thanks them.
