He recommended that I bring it to the closest Toyota dealership to have them look at the frame and see what they can do for me. My 2003 4Runner frame was UNSAFE on the passenger side between the front and rear tires was so badly rusted that it was unsafe to drive the 4Runner. My kids and I could be dead if I was ever in an accident. Toyota should be warning owners of these vehicles! I listened to his advice and brought it to a Toyota Dealership about the unsafe frame issue. Now I'm awaiting for Toyota to decide what to do about my bad frame. I contacted the CEO of Toyota since this a 2003 4Runner safety issue. I would have never known, if Eric did not inform me.
