That was a very good experience, but what made me want to return was the conversation I had with the guy who did the inspection. He told me that he'd worked at other auto repair shops, but had never been treated as well as he was treated at Murphy's. That told me all I needed to know. So when I needed scheduled maintenance on my car, I made an appointment at Murphy's. When I called, the person had all my info in his system (because of the inspection sticker). Scheduling was easy, and I dropped the car off this morning. They called me with an estimate, and told me my front brakes would need to be replaced next time, but it wasn't necessary for today. He told me everything that needed to be done per the scheduled maintenance for my car, and I asked him to go ahead and do that. I'd dropped the car off at 8am, and by 1:30pm, all was complete.
