I was here at 6:45 and that gave me time to hook up a power cord to one of the light poles along the street and charge my on board battery. When they opened, I was the first customer in, so I set up my laptop and got comfortable as they dealt with the regulars for a bit getting their coffee. I don't usually check menus, but I was surprised to see a "Keto Au Lait" this morning and that's what I ordered. Heavy cream and coffee? That's perfect for my eating regime. I was here for four more hours, pounding away at my laptop and enjoying the ebb and flow of this fabulous #LocalCoffee joint. It's a real gem and I wish them much success. However this past month has been quite the opposite. For starters, I come in and I am not greeted, as everyone looks busy and no one to watch the front register. I am a patient customer and understand this can happen sometimes. After at least 5 minutes of waiting, I am greeted by a man, seemingly middle aged. I am in no way one to judge someone on appearance, however I am under the impression employees are expected to be presentable in the work place. I am met with an extreme odor of sweat. The first time this happened I thought maybe it was a one time and due to the hot weather outside. I was proved wrong. Every time I have came in the past 2 months and this man has taken my order it is difficult to find the words to order due to the oder radiating off of this man. Not only this, but my order is never rang in correctly and I always have to go back and explain my order to him in extensive depth for him to understand. I have always ordered my coffee the exact same and is never and issue any other time. This location is not holding all of their employees to correct standards and should be addressed.

The bathroom seems to be okay, I go in, the employee bangs on the door saying if it says out of order it is out of order. I say I am sorry I really had to go and it works. The bathroom works fine. I run out frazzled, throw my gloves away, as I leave she calls me nasty for not washing my hands in the middle of pandemic . I say I use Clorox wipes, I forget to mention I wore gloves that I just threw away. She calls me Nasty and tells me to get out of her store. I say you expect ppl to shop here with that treatment? She says absolutely not, now get out of my store, you nasty. So... yeah... Don't insult ppl, you don't know everything! And maybe let ppl use bathroom and let them wash their hands instead of yelling at customers for using a bathroom while they are in it.
