I asked if I could run outside to grab my physical card from my car, which was parked at the gas pump, and she kindly said it was okay. When I came back inside, she had moved on to helping another customer, and we ended up having a few laughs. We were both buying the same item, and, feeling overly helpful, I offered to buy his item for him after he said he didn't have his id. Karen reminded me that she couldn't sell a restricted item without proper identification--even if I was feeling generous and had just met the guy. My mistake, but kudos to Karen for following the rules while still being friendly and professional. She made the whole experience pleasant. Great customer service!

I noticed they also had other essentials available too. An additional pro of this store is that it's extremely clean and welcoming. It is a rarity to see. The only negative is that all Circle Ks still use Styrofoam coffee cups. After not drinking hot coffee from Styrofoam cups for awhile, you can really taste the unappealing chemical taste of it when you do use them. If they switch to paper, it would be great not only for the consumer, but for the environment as well.
