A district manager told me that they changed their policy and now put holds on CC too...HOWEVER THEY NEVER INFORMED THE CUSTOMER! There is no sign or anything reporting this change. I would not go to another CUMBERLAND Farms EVER! From 8:30 a.m. continuing throughout this day I have been on the phone with customer service and then a manager and then a supervisor. They are all sorry but NOT ONE PERSON knows how to get my money back. I live paycheck to paycheck so this error is giving me so a much anxiety. I can't pay bills, eat or even get to work because I have no money. They took everything but a penny!

This station is a great option when it is late & cheaper options are closed but that's about it due to high prices. Fuel here is always at least 15 - 20¢ higher (per gallon) than neighboring stations. Several stations on Main Street in Bourne (Buzzards Bay) routinely charge 30 - 40¢ more per gallon for Regular (87) & as much as 70¢ less per gallon for Mid-Grade (89) & Premium (93). This station carries both regular Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel & 'Off-road' (tax free) Diesel. Clean bathrooms, very clean, well stocked convenience store.
