Honestly it was top 3 carnitas tacos of my life, they use white corn tortillas which isn't my favorite but it was oiled, warmed perfectly & delicious! The onions & cilantro were perfectly fresh & the verde salsa it was served with was great with a nice lime, fresh green chilis & cilantro flavor. I also got an asada taco that was fantastic but not quite as amazing as the carnitas. Not to take anything away from the asada because it was marinated, seared & chopped well with no gristle or pieces of fat at all & absolutely delicious flavor.
