I went to this gas station on 6/10 and used pump 12. Regular gas was priced at $4.17 a gal and I had points equally $.50 cents off per gallon. I pressed the button for regular gas as I always do. For some reason I was charged the premium price on the pump. I went inside and spoke to a manager who informed me this has happened before and they are working on it. I would think if there is an issue with the pump they would put a hood on the nozzle to keep others from experiencing the same issue. Otherwise I feel like I've been scammed. So 13.5 gallons of regular gas cost me $69.01. Very unsatisfied with this shady business.

Using S&S points, you are supposed to be able to get up to 20 gallons of fuel per purchase. They people inside not I have zero idea why it shut off and wouldn't give me the proper amount. That's the last time I spend my money at that location.

The man used the intercom telling me to cancel as he had to '' clear the pump''. I pushed the red X twice and waited. He certainly out screaming '' I told you to cancel, hang up the nozzles. I did. ​ I waited. The signage changed and indicated '' thank you for choosing South Dennis Mobil''. I began again. The pump dispensed 19 cents worth of gas and stopped. The attendant came out again irate and screaming. Running at me in a threatening manner. As he reversed his path and walked to the door. I told him I was leaving and to not yell at Customers. This is not how you treat people, I am a 75 year old woman and his out of control behavior was daunting.

They made sure to explain everything my car would need to ensure my car was safe to drive. I am so thankful to have had such a great experience with these guys! Mike was the mechanic who worked on my car and he did an amazing job with a great price! They have definitely gained a loyal costumer!

One bathroom was occupied and the other was locked, despite a sign saying the restrooms were unlocked. Several of us were simply waiting while someone went inside to ask for a key. An older man came out and immediately spoke to me in an angry, confrontational way. I walked away rather than engage. When I returned because it appeared someone was getting the key, he confronted me again, demanded to know what I wanted, and then told me he owned the bathroom and I could go somewhere else. A second man came out, asked what happened, and then repeatedly talked over me when I tried to explain. His only response was that the first man was 84 years old. Being elderly or hard of hearing may explain a misunderstanding. It doesn't excuse treating a paying customer with hostility, and it doesn't excuse another employee refusing to even listen to what happened. An incredibly uncomfortable experience over something as simple as trying to use a restroom. We won't be stopping here again.
