On this particular trip, I got two iced drinks, a Motion Granted (coconut) and brought home the Fearless Lawtte (spicy) for hubs. They have a law office above the coffee shop and offer their clients a complimentary drink upon arrival. The drinks are cleverly named after legal terms and most importantly they're delicious! They're constantly rotating drink specials and the shop has treats imported from Honduras and other Latin American countries. The service and ambiance reflects warm, hospitable latine culture and though they've only been open for about four years to date, it exudes a more established feeling that is a testament to the brand they've built!

The staff here are wonderful often giving compliments to people coming in and saying hello to the regulars. This is a wonderful neighborhood and a wonderful coffee shop! Now, for the coffee. Additionally, he offered to make my drink in my personal cup which was great since I hate to use plastic whenever I can. This location is only a half block from United Hospital and all its various buildings and there is no good coffee within that entire complex. It's definitely worth getting a breath of fresh air and taking a block and a half stroll to have a great cup of Joe! By the way, although I tried hard not to look, their pastry case looked scrumptious, filled with homemade pies by the slice and other goodies. They do offer a nice variety of milk options at no extra charge, which is a plus. but still the drinks are very expensive for what you get.
