Stopped by on Saturday morning to try their fall flavors, got the Nutty Bird and very much enjoyed it! As much as I loved my drink, I was a little shocked when it rang up around $8.50 but I did appreciate that there's no extra charge for alternative milk. The inside is smaller, a handful of tables for small groups, as well as a couple barstools by the window.

Such a cute coffeeshop with a nice tucked away vibe despite being right on Selby, Yellowbird does a great job of being a cozy coffeeshop with nice seating indoor and out. Tons of yellow bird decorations really add to the ambiance. And the coffee is great too! Fast service when I was there, and my plain cold brew was rich and refreshing, exactly what I needed.

Perfect little urban neighborhood coffee shop! Lots of tasty coffee options, very friendly staff, and a pleasant mess of evidence along all the walls that they care about the neighborhood and the larger community. It's a small enough space, with a contented enough customer base, that it can be a bit crowded during peak hours. They have parking spaces in the back (NOTE: it's not the parking lot next to them, you have to enter from Dunlap Street and park behind them), but those are also claimed quickly when it's busy. So just park on the street like we all do for so many businesses in this charming part of town. I like the Hamline, a sweet coffee treat with a modest mix of unique flavors; it's good enough to get every time, but I want to try more of what they have. I've also had a "morning bun" which I really liked (heated up is best).

Cute coffee shop with a great variety of signature drinks! I got the Lex which comes with chocolate and caramel and ordered it iced. It came out quickly and tasted pretty good. There's some seating inside, and parking behind their store which is very convenient. I didn't spend much time here, more of a grab and go thing but I'd love to come back!

I went to Yellowbird Coffee Bar on a Sunday morning. It was a beautiful day so my friend and I were able to bike to the coffee shop which was so lovely. There is plenty of parking in a lot on the side of the coffee shop. Upon entering you walk right into the counter to order coffee and look at the treats they have to offer. They had a lot of coffee options to choose from and a list of signature drinks as well. I chose to get the Chai tea latte with skim milk and my friend got the latte with whole milk. The drinks were ready quickly and were served in the cute yellow mugs shown in the photos. There were a handful of seating options in the coffee shop and the coffee shop had a quiet, relaxing vibe, however, we chose to sit outside. I did not love my chai latte as it was much more milk than it was chai tea but my friend enjoyed his coffee. I would also like to note that I thought everything was priced really well, as coffee shops seem to hike up their prices. Overall, not the most exciting coffee but a good neighborhood spot.

This is a cozy neighborhood coffee shop. You can easily spend a few hours working with a nice background of conversation and music. I got the chai which was exactly what a cloudy November day calls for. I also tried the m and m cookie and chocolate croissant. Loved the croissant! The workers were friendly too.

All perfect. All old world. Our favorite very old deli in West Palm Beach was sold 1.5 years ago and gone gone gone are the DELIGHTFUL happy charming old staff and the perfect old world flavors, cooking. In Sarasota where we just lived the last 5 years, a new deli closed after just 2 years, and there is nothing left. We've been visiting family in Sarasota every year for 40 years. Gone too in the Twin Ciries is the ownership by brothers Scot and Stu of Hopkin's beloved Crossroads Deli just last year. The new owners, a corporation owning 6-8 other restaurants have CHANGED almost all the recipes for breads, cakes , wonderous cookies and 80 % of all pastries! No more butter, no more fine ingredients and no more of their once " Grossinger's taste/quality" STELLAR seeded rye bread! They even eliminated the lemon flavoring. In their incomparable lemon coconut cake! Their stuffed cabbage is one of their only true deli dishes left. Sandwiches are half their original size...... heart breaking after going there 3-4 times a week for 25 years........ Cecil's of course had to cut back on the $$ use of butter in their pastries. But they have WORKED VERY HARD to still retain their wonderous long long ago heart warming flavors. ALL their sandwiches are AUTHENTIC. Old world New York City flavors! Made with care and love. My husband loves their beautiful generous Nova salmon platte. Noshing away happily! I love their pastrami Rachel's with plentiful half sour pickles lots of Russian dressing and creamy Cole slaw. Mmmmmm. I hope and pray Cecil's owner refrains for a long long time from selling his rare business. We must support Cecil's too.... Or lose it with all the others, and lose part of our joy and heart. Enjoyed my BLT on whole wheat and the homemade potato salad was amazing! Had a cherry cobbler for dessert that was incredible. Restaurant has been open for over 70 years, and I met the owner/manager, Cecil, afterward, and he just oozes customer service being a priority. It's a must-visit place.

I would first note, the food menu is pretty limited, but if you're looking for bread or bagels to take home, you have lots of options. I got a latke pita with an egg and a seasonal latte. Hubs had a burrata and tomato and also had a latte. While both were delicious, our bill with tip was over $60. I think the price point is just a little too high for what you get. I would definitely come back for some bread to go, but, even though it was good, just could not recommend food because of the price.
