There are several others in Toledo that I had good experiences with. But do not visit the one in Sylvania on McCord. The general manager seems lost and snobby. She has no idea what she's doing. She's going to run that store into the ground. She should stick to stop and Go. She took the fun out of everything. There was so much laughter and fun and camaraderie in the beginning and she managed to squash any of that. This gas station is near my home and has been my preferred gas station for a couple years, but it's…read morebeen going downhill lately. It used to have some of the fastest pumps in town. Pumps have slowed down somewhat and occasionally are out of service. Tonight I was in the store and their cash register went down. I bought a hot dog and paid cash. Then the sales associate said that they had to close the store in order to reset the register. I didn't want to make a fuss, but I don't see why I couldn't stay in the store and finish my hot dog -- I kind of wanted to eat it before going back out in the cold and it would take all of a minute. Also they sometimes nag you to join their rewards program.
