Today she sees one of the tires is torn on the side and the rim is severely damaged in the same area, which prompted her to check all four and a of three of the rims are damaged. I believe they damaged her rims on that machine trying to put the tires on. The old guy is the one who put the tires on, so he had attitude from the start. He looks at it and says it doesn't matter whether you hit something or not, if you don't have a warranty on the tires it's not covered. She didn't hit anything he automatically says that and I bet they probably damages a lot of people rims. I will be checking into that and getting a second opinion. Because her car was in excellent condition when she took it there, I have pictures. Whether she declined the warranty or not it's only been two weeks today sir, and you should want to honor your products. Her rims were good till she came there and we didn't even get a chance to address the rims. Only two weeks you should still honor your product and at least try to make right, instead of saying I can get you another one for $150 That's bs. Never again believe that almost $500 two weeks ago.
