When we pulled up the lights in front of the store were burnt out and it looked sketchy. That being said, we have been to worst looking places so we decided to go in. When we walked in to the store we were thrown off by how empty the store was. Their beer cooler was almost empty and they had destroyed cans all over the cooler. The bottom of the cooler looked like a beer can graveyard. The store shelves were also empty, and they didn't have much except for some bread and butter. The only thing that was well stocked was their scratch ticket section as well as cigarettes. Their other well stocked shelf was their hair extension section that was covered in dust. In the end this little sketchy store would have been better if the coolers were full and clean.

I need my meds and if the pharmacy is unable to fill them in a timely manner, they should have told me this so I could have had them filled elsewhere. Very disappointing.

I received a text this morning if I wanted to have my prescriptions filled. Almost 24 hours after I needed the meds. Epic let down....will never step foot or recommend Walgreens again. Go to parkway drugs. Very kind. Had my prescription filled within minutes.

Expectations not super high…read more Clean, lots of things to buy, reminds me of a combination AM/PM and 7-Eleven mash-up but granted I was visiting from Los Angeles and had never been to Fastrac before. We loaded up with snacks and drinks for a roadtrip back to the city and everything was as you would expect. Not only were the cashiers super friendly but one guy working the coffee machines let me have my coffee for free because "the red light is on, the coffee is passed it prime" lol that still tickles me thinking back on it. And to top it off, the coffee was fine! Would definitely come back next time we're in Utica.
