The employee who showed me around the roastery took a personal interest in getting to know me and my love for coffee and tailored the tour to my interests and level of knowledge. He didn't seemed rushed and was genuinely interested in sharing with me about Boston Stoker, like their history and what they have been doing in the specialty coffee world. To top off the visit with a wonderful display of souther hospitality he brewed me a pour over of a favorite coffee the team was drinking at the time and sent me off with a bunch of sweet stickers. I can see how the space might appeal to someone looking for a quick coffee stop or a place to work on a laptop.
